Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Atlas Precision Peptides website, accounts, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Services or purchase products. If you act for a business, institution, laboratory, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes both you and that organization.

Research Use Only

All products are offered exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory, analytical, and research purposes. Products are not intended or approved for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, administration, implantation, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, use in food or drugs, household use, or any other in-vivo or non-research application.

By purchasing, you represent that you are an appropriately qualified professional or are acting under the supervision of appropriately qualified personnel; that you have suitable facilities, procedures, training, controls, and protective equipment; and that the products will be used only for lawful research purposes. You must not purchase for personal use, administer a product to any person or animal, relabel or promote a product for a prohibited purpose, or transfer a product to anyone you know or reasonably should know intends a prohibited or unlawful use.

Atlas may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when information, order activity, communications, or other circumstances reasonably indicate a prohibited, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose. Review the Research Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Checkout Certification and Purchaser Screening

Before proceeding from the cart to checkout, the purchaser must affirm that they are at least 21 years old. Before an order can be placed, Atlas may also require an account and purchaser-screening information, including a lawful research-purpose selection and affirmative acknowledgments concerning qualifications, facilities, and research-only use. These safeguards are part of the ordering process and do not replace Atlas right to request additional information or refuse an order. You must provide truthful and complete information. False, misleading, inconsistent, or incomplete certification information may result in an order hold, cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of future orders.

Purchaser Responsibilities and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, import, export, transport, receipt, handling, storage, use, transfer, and disposal of a product are lawful and appropriate in every applicable jurisdiction. You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, permits, protocols, training requirements, safety standards, and waste-disposal rules. Availability on the website is not a representation that a product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, shipped, or used in your location.

No Medical, Legal, Regulatory, or Safety Advice

Website content, product descriptions, analytical reports, purity figures, storage information, articles, links, and customer-support communications are general informational materials only. They are not medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, diagnostic, therapeutic, or safety advice and do not establish a professional, fiduciary, clinician-patient, or advisory relationship. Nothing on the website is a recommendation for human or veterinary use. Consult appropriate legal, regulatory, scientific, and safety professionals for guidance applicable to your activities.

Product Information and Documentation

Atlas seeks to describe products and supporting documentation accurately, but information may contain typographical errors, may change, and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing, packaging, measurement, or display variation. Product-specific documentation applies only to the product, sample, batch, lot, method, and date identified in that documentation. Analytical purity figures are method-dependent and do not by themselves establish identity, concentration, sterility, safety, efficacy, fitness, or suitability for a particular purpose. Images may be illustrative; consult the product listing and label for the item offered.

Accounts and Information

You must provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity conducted through your account. Notify Atlas promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Atlas may suspend or close an account associated with false information, unauthorized activity, policy violations, prohibited use, abuse, or security risk.

Orders and Acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase and is subject to Atlas acceptance. An automated acknowledgment is not acceptance. Atlas may verify information, limit quantities, correct a pricing or listing error, reject an order, or cancel an order before shipment for inventory, compliance, fraud-prevention, payment, shipping, or policy reasons. If Atlas cancels an order after collecting payment, the amount collected for the canceled merchandise will be returned to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices, promotions, availability, and product offerings may change without notice before an order is accepted. You authorize Atlas and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the order total and any disclosed taxes, shipping charges, and fees. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. You are responsible for taxes, duties, brokerage charges, and similar governmental or third-party charges unless the checkout expressly states they are included.

Shipping, Delivery, and International Orders

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Atlas will handle delays and unshipped merchandise as required by applicable law. Risk associated with an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, refused delivery, carrier review, destination restriction, or failure to retrieve a delivered package may remain with the customer where permitted by law. Atlas currently accepts orders only for eligible United States shipping destinations and does not offer international shipping. The Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because product integrity and chain of custody cannot ordinarily be verified after products leave Atlas control, returns are restricted. Eligibility for a replacement, credit, or refund is governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms eliminates a refund, cancellation, warranty, delivery, or other remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

Acceptable Website Use

You may not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; interfere with website operation or security; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest, or access data through unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; attempt unauthorized access; abuse promotions; engage in payment fraud; or use Atlas content or products to facilitate a prohibited use. Reasonable indexing by ordinary public search engines is not prohibited.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, graphics, logos, photographs, layout, software, and other content are owned by Atlas or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Atlas grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website for lawful internal purchasing and informational purposes. No Atlas trademark, branding, content, or product documentation may be copied, altered, republished, sold, or used to imply sponsorship or approval without written permission, except as applicable law permits.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on or link to payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, laboratories, publications, and other third parties. Atlas does not control third-party systems, content, policies, availability, or conduct and is not responsible for them except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ATLAS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. ATLAS DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE WEBSITE OPERATION OR THAT GENERAL WEBSITE INFORMATION WILL BE COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR RESEARCH, REGULATORY, OR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC EXPRESS WRITTEN COMMITMENTS, IF ANY, AND RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED ARE NOT AFFECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST RESEARCH, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS ARISING FROM A PROHIBITED, UNLAWFUL, OR NONCOMPLIANT USE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO ATLAS FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atlas and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your prohibited or unlawful use of a product or the Services, your material breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or inaccurate representations you make to Atlas. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which Atlas cannot lawfully transfer responsibility.

Suspension and Termination

Atlas may suspend or terminate access, refuse future transactions, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats, prohibited use, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions—will survive.

Privacy

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Payment providers, carriers, and other providers may separately process information under their own policies.

Changes to These Terms

Atlas may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown on the page. The Terms in effect when an order was accepted will govern that order unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. Continued website use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for subsequent use.

General Provisions

These Terms and the incorporated policies form the agreement concerning the Services and supersede prior website statements on the same subject. If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Atlas written consent; Atlas may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, asset transfer, or sale of the business, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience only.

Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer protection, warranty, refund, delivery, privacy, payment-dispute, or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. If these Terms conflict with mandatory applicable law, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
