Order Processing and Fulfillment

Atlas Precision Peptides processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other announced closures.

Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time are typically processed the following business day.

Same-day shipment is not guaranteed. Processing may take longer because of high order volume, payment authorization, address verification, fraud-prevention review, inventory availability, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Atlas Precision Peptides.

Orders are not processed or transferred to carriers on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, it generally cannot be modified or canceled.

If Atlas Precision Peptides cannot ship an order within the stated or legally required period, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $10.

Standard shipping is free on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $300 or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Rates for expedited, upgraded, signature-required, or other optional domestic shipping services may vary and will be displayed at checkout when available.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. The available shipping options may depend on the destination, package size, order value, and carrier availability.

Any delivery date or transit time displayed at checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly identified as a guaranteed service. Carrier delays may occur after a package leaves our possession.

Atlas Precision Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays, service interruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, incorrect routing by a carrier, or other events outside our reasonable control. This provision does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout after a shipping label is generated.

The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has received or scanned the package. Initial scans and tracking updates may be delayed.

Tracking information is maintained by the carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and promptly contacting Atlas Precision Peptides if a delivery problem occurs.

Stalled, Lost, or Returned Shipments

A shipment may be eligible for review for reshipment or refund when:

Tracking shows no movement for at least 15 consecutive calendar days after the carrier’s most recent physical scan; or
The package is returned to sender and tracking confirms that it was delivered back to Atlas Precision Peptides.

Packages that remain active and continue moving through the carrier network do not qualify as stalled shipments.

Before issuing a reshipment or refund, Atlas Precision Peptides may require completion of the carrier’s missing-package search or claims process. Customers agree to provide reasonable cooperation, documentation, photographs, packaging, or written confirmation needed to investigate the shipment.

Eligibility and the appropriate resolution will be determined after reviewing the tracking history, carrier findings, order details, and applicable law. Atlas Precision Peptides may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and any nonwaivable legal requirements.

A replacement shipment will not be issued while the original package is still actively moving or while a carrier investigation remains unresolved, unless Atlas Precision Peptides determines otherwise.

Damaged Packages or Missing Contents

Customers must inspect packages promptly after delivery. Damage, tampering, missing contents, or an incorrect item should be reported to info@atlasprecisionpeptides.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

The order number;
A description of the issue;
Photographs of the shipping label, exterior packaging, interior packaging, and affected items; and
Any other information reasonably requested for the carrier investigation.

Customers should retain the package, packaging materials, shipping label, and contents until the claim is resolved. Discarding these materials may prevent the carrier from approving a claim.

Any remedy remains subject to the Atlas Precision Peptides Refund Policy and applicable law.

Shipping Locations

Atlas Precision Peptides currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We may decline shipment to freight-forwarding services, mail-forwarding services, reshipping businesses, hotels, temporary accommodations, or locations that present elevated delivery or fraud risks.

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, and receipt of ordered products are permitted at the delivery location.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, shipping address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP Code, email address, and other information requested during checkout.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted. Contact info@atlasprecisionpeptides.com immediately if a correction is needed. Atlas Precision Peptides will not redirect a package after it has been transferred to the carrier.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed address may be issued store credit for the eligible merchandise value, less original shipping charges, return-shipping charges, carrier fees, and other nonrecoverable costs, except where applicable law requires a different remedy.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

Atlas Precision Peptides is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Delivery and Secure Locations

Once carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address supplied at checkout, the order will be treated as delivered, subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery location and for retrieving packages promptly. Customers should check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the carrier before reporting a package as missing.

Atlas Precision Peptides is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, exposure to weather, or mishandling occurring after confirmed delivery. However, we will provide reasonable information needed for the customer to pursue an available carrier claim.

A carrier’s delivery confirmation does not affect claims involving an incorrect item, missing contents, or other fulfillment errors reported in accordance with the Atlas Precision Peptides Refund Policy.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned as unclaimed or undeliverable are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

After the package is delivered back to Atlas Precision Peptides and inspected, any approved store credit or refund may be reduced by original shipping charges, return-shipping charges, carrier fees, and other nonrecoverable costs, except where prohibited by law.

Fraud Prevention and Order Review

Orders may be reviewed when payment, identity, address, quantity, account, or other risk indicators are detected.

Atlas Precision Peptides reserves the right to delay fulfillment, request reasonable additional verification, limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order when necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, resale abuse, or violations of our policies.

If Atlas Precision Peptides cancels an order before shipment, the amount collected for the canceled merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider processing times.

Policy Changes

Atlas Precision Peptides may revise this Shipping Policy periodically. Changes apply to orders placed on or after the effective date displayed at the top of the policy. The policy in effect when an order was placed will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
